What is NAD+ therapy?
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism. Levels can change with age and physiological stress. At Cayman Medical, NAD+ therapy is offered as a physician-led option that may support energy, recovery and healthy-ageing goals for some people — it is not a cure, and it is not appropriate for everyone. A clinician reviews your history and current health before any treatment is offered. Individual results vary.

NAD+ injections
NAD+ can be given by injection when a clinician decides that route is suitable. Injections typically involve a shorter clinic visit than an intravenous infusion. Dose, timing and whether injection is the right choice are not published as a standard package — they are decided after consultation, based on your health, goals and how you tolerate treatment. If injection is not appropriate, another option (including IV, or no NAD+ treatment) may be discussed instead.

NAD+ IV infusions
NAD+ IV infusions are administered in clinic under clinical supervision. Infusion rate and session length are set for you in advance and can differ from person to person; they are confirmed at consultation rather than advertised as a fixed timetable. You remain in a supervised setting for the session. IV delivery may be considered when a clinician judges that intravenous administration is the better fit — it is not automatically “stronger” or right for every patient.

Why Cayman Medical for NAD+
Physician-led
NAD+ is considered in a medical clinic, not as a walk-in wellness add-on. A clinician reviews whether treatment is suitable before anything is administered.
Crown Square, Grand Cayman
Care is delivered at Cayman Medical Boutique Clinic, Crown Square, 71 Eastern Avenue — a single, known location with established clinic hours.
Consultation-first
Enquiry is the start, not the treatment. History, medications and goals are discussed so a plan — or a recommendation not to proceed — can be made.
Part of Cayman Medical
CaymanNAD is the NAD+-focused entry to the same clinic that provides preventative longevity care and broader IV services. You are not sent to an unnamed third-party spa.
NAD+ within a longevity ecosystem
NAD+ therapy is one option within Cayman Medical’s longer-horizon care — not a standalone “anti-ageing product.” Preventative screening, metabolic review and healthy-ageing programmes sit on Longevity Cayman. Broader physician-supervised IV and regenerative infusions sit on Revitalise Cayman. CaymanNAD exists so people searching specifically for NAD+ IV or NAD+ injections can start with a focused, consultation-first conversation. Suitability is clinical — not a checklist you self-select
Who may be considered
Adults after medical review
Treatment is considered for adults who complete a consultation. Online interest does not equal eligibility.
Energy, recovery or ageing goals
Some people enquire about NAD+ in relation to energy, recovery or healthy-ageing plans. Those aims are discussed honestly; results are not guaranteed.
Residents and visitors
Visitors can enquire, provided a consultation can be completed and follow-up is realistic. Travel plans do not bypass clinical screening.
When NAD+ may not be offered
If history, medications or current health make NAD+ unwise, we will say so and may suggest other Cayman Medical services — or no treatment.
From enquiry to follow-up
A five-step path. Treatment is never assumed at step one.
Enquiry
Contact the clinic with your goals and availability. This is a request for a conversation, not a booked infusion.
Medical consultation
A clinician reviews your history, medications and questions, and explains what NAD+ can and cannot reasonably be expected to do.
Suitability and plan
If treatment is appropriate, the route (IV or injection) and a personalised plan are agreed. If it is not, that recommendation is equally important.
Treatment session
When you proceed, administration takes place in clinic under supervision. Session details are confirmed with you beforehand.
Review
Follow-up is used to discuss how you felt, whether further sessions are considered, or whether another pathway is a better fit.
What to expect at the clinic
Plan for a medical visit, not a spa appointment. After check-in, your consultation (and any agreed treatment) takes place in a clinical setting at Crown Square. If an infusion or injection goes ahead, staff explain the session and remain available. How long you are in clinic depends on the agreed plan and is confirmed in advance — we do not advertise a one-size session time. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a current medication list. Eating, hydration and other preparation, if needed, are advised at consultation.
